Our vision for outreach is to be Christ to others by seeing with His eyes and acting with His heart.  Our mission is to encourage, serve and empower the under-resourced to experience life transformation.

We collected and sent $4,167.00 to Haiti.   Here is an update.  

Long Grove Community Church maintains long term commitments to foreign missionaries and currently supports:

George and Kathy Dostal, missionaries who currently work through Mission Impact to send teams from all over the United States to Guatemala.  For more information about their ministry, go to www.missionimpact.com.

Long Grove Community Church currently supports the following regional and local ministries:

Catalyst      Catalyst is an organization that is dedicated to the mobilization of churches by connecting people and resources for greater Kingdom impact.  As a member church, we have access to all of the events and information available through their website:  www.catalystweb.org.  If you would like to be included in their e-news distribution, go to the website and sign up. 

As a member church of Catalyst of Lake County, Long Grove Community Church participates in a county-wide food drive, a back pack program and other service projects that benefit residents of Lake County in the name of Christ.
