Wedding Seminar Registration Form

You are encouraged to attend a Premarital Seminar at least 60 days prior to your wedding.  The seminar will be held at the Long Grove Church Community House.  Dress is casual.  The Saturday seminar begins at 9:00 am and runs through 3:00 pm.  For couples without children, the seminar will be over at 2:00 pm.  For couples with children, a special session dealing with blended family issues will run from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.  Please park across the street.  Bring your Great Expectations Workbook.  A continental breakfast and lunch is included.
