Our Vision for Children's Ministries is to partner with parents as we help kids connect with God in a life changing way as they discover how to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and actively live for Him.

Our Goal for Children's Ministries is to create a fun and living environment in which children can grow in their relationship with Jesus, hear God's Word and learn to share His love with others in their communities.

Sunday Morning Children's Programs

Children’s Ministry programming is available to all children from birth through fifth grade.

Nursery Birth through Age 2 – lower level Community HouseWe share God’s love with our littlest ones by welcoming them into a safe, secure and nurturing environment.

Little Lambs 2 and 3 Year Olds  - lower level Community House
Our Little Lambs learn to share God’s love with each other through creative play, sharing, Bible stories and hands on crafts.

FLOCK 4 and 5 Year Olds  - lower level Community House
Our Flock go a little deeper into the Bible lessons through story reenactment, music and crafts.

Kid-munity K – 5th Grade  - lower level Community House
In Kid-Munity we continue to lead our older children through Bible instruction in their journey toward becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ.

 Annual Children’s Ministry Events

Vacation Bible School
We spend one week each summer having an outrageously fun time learning about Jesus and His impact on our lives.  We have games, snacks, awesome crafts, Bible stories that come to life and the opportunity to just be a kid and have a blast!  This year VBS was held in the evenings in the Bayou at Crocodile Dock, where kids kept an eye out for God in action in their everyday lives. 

Birthday Party for Jesus
This is an annual event at Christmas time to celebrate the best Gift ever given.  That’s Jesus!!  Gingerbread house decorating is always a huge hit!

Easter Egg Hunt   This is an outreach event in the spring to share the Easter story and the love of Christ with our friends, family and neighbors.  Families have lots of fun, food, and hunting for eggs and prizes!    This Easter Sunday between services we will have an Easter Egg Hunt for children 5th grade and under.  Please bring your own basket for collecting eggs!!!
