Today we are sharing a story about Ramona....a Veteran who needed to relocate from one county to another and was unable to bring her existing furniture with her due to lack of resources in helping her move.  Ramona was overwhelmed with this seemingly insurmountable task and was wondering how she would be able to attain new furniture since she couldn't keep her current items. Her financial situation was dire due to spending all her money to stay close to where she was receiving treatments for cancer.  Buying new furniture was not an option.  But you know what? Ramona didn't have to wonder; only trust, because God already had the answers.

Ramona ended up having to get rid of her furniture, but connected with another Veteran who was in a similar situation.  Lovingly, she shared her blessings by giving her furniture to them!  After being referred to Love INC Lake County SW for help, not only where we able to help Ramona with items for her new home, but we connected her with an incredible financial counseling volunteer through one of our partner churches!  Ramona was thrilled with the ability to speak to someone who could help her rebuild her financial state and credit and provide hope for a fresh start.

Ramona's faith in our Lord's provision was reinforced when Love INC was able to step in and provide reassurance, hope and help for the next chapter of her life.  Ramona took a leap of faith in trusting that God would provide-and provide he did.
Thanks be to God!
