The Confirmation program is starting up!! Classes will be held Sunday mornings from 10:45 to 12 noon in Classroom A of the Church Building, September 12th - April 24th. Much work has been done to prepare for the opening of the Love INC Southwest affiliate. Executive Director Joe Besenjak has been on staff for about 3 months and just last week signed a lease for office and warehouse space on Brown Street in Wauconda. The target date to begin operation is September 1. Now the work begins, as churches provide volunteers to get it up and running so that we can serve the many people in need here in our community. A new women's Celebrate Recovery Step Study is starting Thursdays at 4:00 pm in the Church Building Classroom A beginning September 9th. Women are invited to come and work through the recovery steps with a small group of other women. You will read through the steps of recovery and search your mind and heart to explain your thoughts, discovering who you are and what you may be hurting from. You'll learn to "Let go and let God", allowing God to take charge of your life and lead you slowly into living in HIs Grace, not living for your hurts, habits aned hang-ups.
