You're invited! Volunteer appreciation luncheon For all of you who serve with loving hearts and smiles, we want to say "thank you," Sun., June 2, 11:30am, in the Community House following our summer 10:00am service. We want to express our appreciation to all of the volunteers who make possible the ministries of this church and thus the mission of God through our church. We are providing the lunch and accolades; you just need to provide the appetite. There is no cost to you except to enjoy one another’s fellowship. Child care is provided. Please sign up here.
Interested in a dad's discipleship group? A small group is being formed for fathers of infants through teenagers who want to grow together as Christ followers and encourage one another to be spiritual leaders at home. It will meet every other week. If you are interested, contact Pastor Tony.
Mark your calendar for VBS 2013! The kickoff will be on Sun., July 14, and VBS will take place Monday through Friday, July 15 - 19. Volunteers are needed in every area. For more information, click here.
Walk through the Bible Please join us for this brief Bible study held every Sunday before and after the worship services, 8:00 am to 8:30 am and 12:00 pm to 12:40 pm. It is held in Classroom B of the church building. For more information, please contact John Seyller, 224-374-2946.
Are you in need of prayer? After each of the worship services, an elder or pastor will be available to pray with you. Also, if you would like to submit a prayer request for our Prayer Tree, please click here. Additionally, please join us every Sunday morning in Classroom A of the church building at 8:00 am to pray for our church. Ready to deal with your hurts, habits or hang-ups? Join us for Celebrate Recovery in the Community House every Thursday night from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Click here for more information. Love INC needs bedding and linens! Love Inc is still in need of mattresses, box springs and frames. Bring gently-used or new linens (comforters, sheets, blankets, bed protectors, mattress pads) and NEW pillows—TWIN, FULL, and QUEEN size only—to the balcony of the Community House.
