Well here we are – another week of sheltering in place.  Having spoken to a number of you, it appears that many of you are as busy at home as you would be if working.  This is especially true for those who are helping children with their online classes.  And if you are working from home on top of that then it is really a full day.  May God grant you patience and strength though it all.

We wanted to remind all of you to tune in on Sunday at 9:45 am for our weekly worship opportunity.  Pastor Tony will be bringing us a message titled - “When God Doesn’t Meet Our Expectations”.

There will be some preliminary slides at 9:45am with information about Holy Week and what we are doing to make them as meaningful as we can for such a time as this.  Then at 10am Luke and a few others will provide us with a time of worship followed by Pastor Tony’s message.

This will  be  viewable on the following  platforms:

Following the message Pastor Dell will have a special announcement regarding Good Friday and Easter Sunday.  So stay tuned.

May God continue to meet you with the hope that is in Christ and may that hope sustain and strengthen you in your faith and life.

Blessings and Stay Safe,

Pastors Dell Modder, Bill Moore and Tony West

Psalm 46:1

God is our refuge and strength,  An ever-present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear,

though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea…

Mark 8 | Luke 19

People make the church but God makes it home.  In these days when things seem to drag us down or tire us out, it is good to find a place where you can feel at home.  Here at LGCC we seek to have a place that is your spiritual home. All our deepest values are anchored in being the place where God is honored, people are cared for, and hope is proclaimed.
